Durante la consueta cerimonia che si svolgbe al Palais des Festivals sono stati consegnati i premi ai vincitori dei MIPIM Awards 2007: "The international jury announced the 5 winners of the MIPIM Awards 2007 among the 15 nominated projects, and the name of the Jury's Special Prize. For the first time, this year, a special tribute has been awarded to a real estate project in line with sustainable development.

Presided by Bärbel Schomberg, Managing Director, DEGI - Deutsche Gesellschaft (Germany), the MIPIM Awards 2007 jury includes :
