Emaar Bawadi has recently launched the Maysan Towers, the first residential tower complex comprising three high-rise apartment towers within the 70 million sq ft Asmaran master-planned community in Bawadi.
Emaar Bawadi is a joint venture between Emaar Properties PJSC and Bawadi, a member of Tatweer.
Designed in elegant Mediterranean style, the Maysan community comprises three residential towers of 30, 26 and 24 storeys. Maysan is in easy access to a number of world-class hotels including the world's largest hotel in Bawadi. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities including swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasium, children's play area and games room apart from underground parking and retail facilities.
According to Arif Mubarak, Chief Executive Officer, Bawadi, “Asmaran is a path-breaking development that brings a new lifestylechoice to Bawadi. An integrated lifestyle community, Asmaran's new apartment complex will appeal to those who prefer a home in one of the most happening destinations in Dubai, yet removed from the bustle of the city.” When completed, Asmaran will be home to over 55,000 people and will feature a family-oriented theme park with a wide range of attractions. Asmaran will also feature 4 million sq ft of commercial space; a mall with gross leasable area of 3 million sq ft and several retailers; more than 5,300 serviced apartments, and nine world-class hotels with over 5,150 keys. All facilities within the project will be linked by internal roads and walkways leading to a central community centre.
Bawadi is envisaged as the longest chain of luxury hotels in the world along a 10 kilometre stretch which will add 51 luxury hotels, 40 million square feet retail space and more than 60,000 rooms to Dubai. (Fonte: DTCM Service)
