"Already prior to completion, IVG Development, IVG Immobilien AG’s project developer, has placed the entirely pre-leased project development Europa Europark Fichtenhain B in Krefeld. At present a four-storey office and administration building, a two-storey connecting wing and a facility for production, service, and receiving and shipping of goods is being constructed. The purchaser is a private investor. The rights and obligations connected with the property will be transferred to the buyer in the course of the fourth quarter of 2008. The future tenant of the modern office and production site is Bonfiglioli Vectron GmbH. Bonfiglioli Vectron GmbH develops, manufactures and markets frequency converters for virtually all aspects of electrical propulsion technology. Approximately 5,800 square meters have been leased. 93 parking spaces will be located on the grounds. The existing site of the Europark Fichtenhain Krefeld will be enhanced by the attractive architecture of the project development.
Construction began in March 2008 and topping out was already celebrated in June. Building will be completed and the tenants will move in by the end of 2008.
