200 MILLION EURO BOND ISSUE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED
Nexity announced that it has successfully completed its bond and has issued six-year bonds for a total of €200 million with an annual interest rate
of 3.749%, redeemable in full on maturity in December 2018.
The bonds were issued to French institutional investors. The finalised prospectus was approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on 22 January 2013 under visa no. 13-015, and the bonds issued
(ISIN FR0011400605) have been admitted for trading on Euronext Paris. J.P. Morgan, Crédit Agricole CIB and Natixis were the joint book runners for the issue.
Following this bond issue, the €185 million corporate credit line, which was available until December 2014 and is currently undrawn, will be terminated ahead of schedule.
