La tedesca ECE espande il proprio portafoglio Built-to-Rent  investendo in un complesso  residenziale a Copenhagen

ECE Living continues to expand its portfolio of built-to-rent residential properties in major European cities and has purchased a property in Copenhagen as the latest acquisition for the “ECE Better Living Europe Fund”. The fund that was launched last year and is managed by ECE Living as a strategic partner invests capital from institutional investors in new residential quarters in attractive locations in European metropolises that are specially designed for tenants’ needs. The fund has already invested in several properties in the UK. The total investment volume of the fund currently amounts to approximately 350 million euros.

The newly acquired property in Copenhagen is an apartment complex of around 10,000 m² in the center of the new “Bryggens Bastion” district, which is centrally located in the Danish capital. The property comprises 111 apartments, each with two to four rooms. In addition, there is supplementary commercial space on the ground floor and attractive common areas, including a shared roof terrace over three levels, a landscaped private courtyard and a co-working area. All apartments are already fully leased.

With the new acquisition, the “ECE Better Living Europe Fund” now comprises a total of three fully leased residential properties with a total of around 1,100 apartments. The expansion of the portfolio with further acquisitions is in preparation as well as the raising of further capital from institutional investors.
