Londra, Round Hill Ventures annuncia il First Close del nuovo European PropTech Fund da €200 mn

Round Hill Ventures (RHV), today announced the first close of a dedicated European PropTech Fund set to invest €200m in Late Seed – Series B high growth ventures delivering innovation across the Built Environment. The fund has attracted strong demand from large institutional capital, providing access to the fast growing PropTech sector for sovereign wealth and pension funds.

The new Fund is led by experienced technology investor and operator, Arnie Sriskandarajah, working alongside Round Hill Capital CEO, Michael Bickford. Since 2016, Round Hill Ventures, backed by Round Hill Capital, has been a first mover investor in the European PropTech ecosystem with a strong track record in backing global successes such as SenSat, Spacemaker AI, Allmyhomes, Plentific and Casafari.

Round Hill Ventures will focus on the most promising PropTech innovations aiming to harness technological transformation in how people build, use, and allocate physical space, ultimately bringing benefits to consumers. The Fund strategy is supported with direct insights drawn from Round Hill Capital’s ten European offices, providing excellent access to PropTech deal flow and the ability to add value by deploying innovation across our integrated operations. RHV predominantly invests in Europe and is aiming for a portfolio size of circa 45 investments, for which it has a strong and growing pipeline of targets.
