Un Meeting del GRI Italian Chapter a Roma, sul tem “ hospitality”

To most institutional, private equity and even the most opportunistic investors out there, investments into hospitality asset classes currently feels likes a no brainer. Which is why GRI Club (Italy Chapter) hosted global hotel operators, investors and developers for a special meeting dedicated to the trends, opportunities and challenges currently presenting the sector.

The Club meeting was hosted by Advisory Board Member for Italy Clemente Di Paola, Atlantica Real Estate in the beautiful frame of Casino dell’Aurora Pallavicini Rospigliosi.

Discussions, moderated by Harry Mills Scio’ (Il Pellicano) and Clemente Di Paola, focused on the macro state of hospitality investments on the global stage; global capital flows into Europe’s hospitality assets, weighing up brand, boutique, budget or serviced models and whether the market is being driven by long term institutional capital or smart offloading from opportunistic investors.

Guest were then treating to a specific discussion relating to developing a pipeline of hospitality investments in Italy with the most senior of Italy’s developers and investors.

The meeting ended with a beautiful lunch in the gardens of the Casino and marked the launch of our GRI club initiative to get closer to the hospitality sector. Members will gather again soon in the dedicating stream of discussions at our annual flagship Europe GRI conference and private club meetings throughout 2019.
