Roseberg Hospitality e Weinberg Capital Partners apriranno a metà 2019 un hotel “ Courtyard by Marriott” da 350 camere a Parigi, di fronte all’ “Expo Porte de Versailles”

Roseberg Hospitality and an entity managed by Weinberg Capital Partners (WCP) have signed a partnership agreement in relation to the development of a 350-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel which is to be owned by the OPPCI Capital Pierre Diversifié, a French investment vehicle regulated by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), and managed by WCP.  The hotel is to be located at 3, rue Ernest Renan in Issy les Moulineaux, France opposite the “Paris Expo Porte de Versailles” trade fair and the recently inaugurated “Paris Convention Center”, the largest conference center in Europe which has a capacity of up to 5,200 delegates as well as a 44,000 m² exhibition space.

Benefiting from excellent transportation links by car and the Paris public transport network (metro and tramway), the hotel will be managed via a franchise agreement by an entity of Roseberg Hospitality and is scheduled to open in mid 2019.  The new-built hotel will comprise approximately 13,500 m2 over seven floors and consist of 350 guest rooms and suites, as well as a variety of meeting rooms and related break-out areas, a lobby, a lounge and bar area, a restaurant, a fitness room and underground parking.

The immediate surrounding area consists of a large number of international and national companies, such as Microsoft France, Coca Cola and France Télévisions.  The area has been undergoing a significant urban redevelopment that includes the renovation and expansion of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles trade fair grounds at a cost of approximately €500 million, the construction of SMA group’s headquarters, the completion of the French Ministry of Defence’s headquarters “Hexagone Balard” and the Qu4drans project as well as a number of other new office developments.

Oliver Berger, founder and CEO of Roseberg Hospitality, says: “We are thrilled about this strategic project and that we will soon be able to welcome international and domestic corporate guests and leisure travellers alike under the Courtyard by Marriott brand.  The hotel’s size, facilities and ideal location in relation to Paris’ tourist attractions and to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles with its Paris Convention Center will not only benefit the hotel but enable us to contribute in making Paris the leading congress destination in Europe.”
